REFERRAL PROGRAM

We want to show our appreciation to established patients and business network partners for their kind referrals to our business.  Our referral program is easy--simply give your friend, family, or client a referral card with your name, date, and business(if applicable) on it.  When they come for their first visit, they should present the card upon arrival.  We will automatically set you up a referral account.

The Referral Details Are As Follows:

* You will receive a $25 credit for every patient that you refer for aesthetic services.  Credit will be applied to your referral account on their initial visit.

* We will keep track of your accumulated reward dollars and at any time we can let you know the amount you have available for use in your reward account.

* Each time you visit L'Idee Medical Spa, you can use your referral dollars to pay up to 50% of your total charge that day (not applicable towards the purchase of products).

* All referral rewards are aesthetic in nature and cannot be received from or used towards medical services.
